The FTA has recently published guide on“E-commerce” sector which provides useful guidance on applicable VAT treatment of supply of goods and services made through electronic means such as websites, marketplace etc.
Said guide deals with various scenarios such as supplies undertaken by a resident supplier within/outside UAE. Similarly, supplies undertaken by the non-resident supplier within/outside UAE is also covered in said guide. Stay tuned for more alerts and updates!!
